Residential building divided into seventeen apartments. A simple volume where the contrast between dark brown and optical white, light and shadow, makes this project unique.

The facade is obtained through composition and functionality of terraces and balconies. Empty spaces between the balconies generate double heights, where plants can grow, becoming part of facade composition, characterizing the external spaces which are the main contributor to the architectural value of this building.
